We served 230 families yesterday. We were all very happy that the weather was nice. Families received tomato sauce, rice, pinto beans, fideo, sugar, sardines, mandarine fruit, las palmas enchilada sauce, cookies and crackers as well as fresh veggies cabbage, bell pepper, onion & plums.
Palm Desert Rotary always in attendance to help us, private volunteers, board members and a special visit from the College of the Desert Youth Rotary. Next week food distribution will begin at 4:00pm.
