We want to thank you for your generous support in 2020. Because of your donations, we were able to help hundreds of disadvantaged families right here in the Eastern Coachella Valley. In a typical year, Galilee Center serves an average of 400 families per week, but because of Coronavirus, that need has increased exponentially.
Since the start of COVID-19, Galilee staff and volunteers have worked tirelessly to minimize its impact on at-risk individuals and families. In 2020, we helped 23,000 families with emergency services.
But today, we are asking for your help because we need it now more than ever.
We are working to secure enough funding to help us with the increased need for services this year. Our largest fundraiser, the Angels Dinner, has been canceled, and without it, we are concerned. This season, we hope to raise $100,000 to match what we typically would have raised at the Angels Dinner.
